During high seasons from Jan - June & August – December the tariff is US $ 250 per person per night.
During low season (July) it is US $ 200 per person per night. The all-inclusive tariff is set by the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
Indian nationals do not have to pay this tariff.
The tariff includes transportations, guide fee, accommodation, three meals, sightseeing charges, special permit fee and entrance fee. The tariff does not include air fare.
Children of 5 years and below are exempted from the tariff. For ages 6-12 years it is 50% off. Full time students below the age of 25 are given a 25% discount on production of student identification cards.
A 50% discount on the minimum daily tariff is given to one person in a group of 11-15 persons and 100% discount is given to one member in a group more than 16 persons.
Visa clearance is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thimphu, Bhutan, and must be obtained before departing for Bhutan. Druk air tickets can not be purchased without visa clearance.
To reach Bhutan you just need to fill up the Visa form and forward to Unicorn Tours. We need two weeks to process the Visa.
You can collect your air tickets from Drukair counters at (Bangkok / Delhi / Katmandu / Kolkata. W will send you a copy of the ticket by email or fax.

Bhutan is half an hour ahead of IST (Indian Standard Time).
: Currency
The Bhutanese currency is called Ngultrum (Nu.) and it is pegged to the Indian Rupee. Credit cards are accepted by only few business establishment. Indian Rupee is accepted across the country except for Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 denominations.
